Using ESR Connect has enabled the Trust to monitor our own payroll transactions prior to the payroll run. The ease of use that the system offers allows transactions to be checked and provides a full audit trail that isn’t available using the standard ESR Reports. It also provides pay information that can be used for multiple reasons for example overpayment calculations, RTA Pay Summary’s to name a few.
