Paul Reade - Managing / Technical Director
Paul has over 35 years' experience on the NHS Standard Payroll System (SPS). SPS paid 75% of NHS in England and Wales (900,000 staff) before replacement by ESR. In his current role as Technical Director of ESRconnect Paul listens to the needs of our customers and tailors our software to suit their exact requirements.

Shaun Reade - Director of Sales and Marketing
Since graduating in 2005 from the University of Central Lancashire with a 2:1 degree in Sociology, Shaun has worked locally within the field of finance and credit control. He has since developed a proven track record in sales within the motor trade. In his current role as the Director of Sales and Marketing with ESRconnect, he is responsible for all commercial operations of the business.
